How are you different from the other real estate groups on the island?

The Team concept was introduced in the United States and Canada around 2000 to respond to greater demand for service from Buyers and Sellers. We are the only professionally trained Team of agents in the Virgin Islands, and possibly in the Caribbean. With the Howard Brinton University and RE/MAX International as our resource we continually attend seminars and team training sessions to keep abreast of the latest developments in the Real Estate industry, especially with regard to providing exceptional service.

Will I get passed around?

Absolutely not. You will continue to work with the agent of your choice. If for some reason that agent is unavailable when you need him/her, someone on the Team will provide backup so you are not left without service.

Do I have to pay more for this extra service?

No. This service is at no charge. The systems used by the team actually makes it easier for each team member to do his/her job, which is to provide you with 24/7 service.
